Anne took the time to explain matters and recommend that we ask for certain things/items as part of our proposal. We probably earned ~$15-20k in equity from her expertise there alone. Lastly, she was a great bridge for communication with the listing agent. We probably saw 20-30 houses and everyone seemed to know Anne and had a great relationship with her. That was worth a lot of value to us as well. If it wasn't obvious above, my wife and I fully endorse Anne and recommend that you strongly consider her for your home-searching needs! We couldn't have been happier and are excited to move into our house in a couple of weeks!

Simply put, Anne was the best! She helped us throughout all phases of the home buying process: identifying which suburb we liked most, viewing (many) houses, offer negotiation, inspection review/negotiation, and closing tips. We used Anne at the start of what we were expecting to be a long search process. After talking with her and seeing a few properties, we realized that we wanted to move much faster than we initially planned. Anne was amazing during the entire process. She helped us get our house ready to sell, found a new house to buy, and finished all of the paperwork in record time. Anne is, in one word, wonderful. Because of prior negative experiences with Realtors, I expected her to pressure us to spend more money on a house than we could afford in order to make as much commission as possible but she was not that kind of Realtor. She continually surprised me with how much she cared that we find a good deal on a home and how much she genuinely wanted us to be happy. There were properties that she gently advised us to not spend time looking at (i.e. mold issues in the basement) or properties that she did not recommend offering more than "XXX" amount. She always listened, gave great advice, and did not hesitate to get involved.

Unfortunately, our home was on the market for 5 months listed with another agent. We had several showings, but no solid offers and made the decision to change agents. All I can say is, Anne Thompson will sell your home. Not List it, but sell it. Our home was sold, at the original asking price less than 2 days after we listed with Anne.
